what are the chance of a person going into remission?

Chances of tumour reappearance of will dependent on multiple factors, like

  • Type of tumour (e.g. benign or malignant
  • its position
  • if it has metastasized
  • the affect to the treatments and medication used 
  • and the person environment
  • etc

Some tumour can be very aggressive in nature and the likely chance of remission will increase.

Is a brain tumor cancer?

If its an benign then is not a cancer, but malignant tumour, due to their appearance and behaviour, can be considered a cancer (metastasis)
